Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase or we will not be able to provide you a refund or exchange. To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the similar condition that you have received it. In addition to it, it must also be in the right packaging. We won’t be accepting your return if we have not been informed in the first place.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not owing to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and examined, we will contact you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If you are approved, then we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If it is too late or if you miss a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next you can contact your bank. Generally, it takes a time to process your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

If any product is on sale, then they are applicable to refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any good, then they have to be defective or damaged.


To return your product, you should mail your product to our mailing address. To return the item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.
